Here, the sea takes center stage. Grilled fish, octopus, sea urchins… our cuisine highlights fresh, local ingredients rooted in the culinary traditions of the Eastern Mediterranean. Chef Abdelrani and his team have crafted a distinctive menu designed for sharing and savoring the moment.
Our bar offers a selection of signature cocktails infused with local spices and essences, along with a fine selection of Moroccan and French wines—best enjoyed while watching the horizon catch fire at sunset.
