Terms of sales
It is done through exchange of mails between your wishes and our availabilities.
We do not take reservations for less than 2 consecutive nights
During the busiest times of year: April / May – July / August – October / mid-November –mid-December / mid-January, we do not take bookings for less than 3 consecutive nights.
The reservation is confirmed by the payment of a deposit via an ephemeral link of secure online payment that we generate and send you as soon as you have confirmed the terms of your stay, either
50% of the amount from a 2 nights’ stay,
We inform you the duration of the option.
As soon as we receive the transfer (or a copy of the transfer order), we will confirm the
If this payment is not made within this period, your request will not be confirmed; we do not
guarantee the availability of the bedrooms and we reserve the right to propose to other people
the stay you had previously booked.
For any cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival the amount of your deposit will either be fully refunded or will remain valid for a future stay, as you prefer.
For any cancellation within 30 days the deposit will be lost.
For any modification request of all or part of the terms described in the booking confirmation email, we reserve the right to refuse these changes, or to cancel all or part of the stay. In this case, no deposit will be refunded.
WWe inform you that the Moroccan law requires our visitors to hold a valid passport to enter the country and all the adults hosted are required to fill out an information sheet upon arrival.
Rooms will be available from 3 pm and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure.
In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to have all or part of the hosts housed in a similar category of local establishment for services of the same nature, the costs inherent to the transfer remaining the responsibility of the establishment, which cannot be sought any additional compensation.
Rates and Regulations
The payment of your stay (minus your deposit) will be done when you leave La Mouette et les Dromdaires, either in cash (Dirhams or Euros), check (Moroccan bank) or credit card.
The rates are expressed in Moroccan dirhams all taxes included. The rates indicated on the booking confirmation are firm and are those in force on the day of the performance of the service. They may be modified in the event of legislative and / or regulatory changes likely to cause price variations such as: modification of the applicable VAT rate, introduction of new taxes … etc.
Deterioration, breakage and theft
The client must take care of his/her property and materials. In-room safes are available. The customer will have to inform the establishment of any degradation made. He/she is
responsible for damages caused by his intermediary and undertakes, in case of deterioration of the places made available, to bear the costs of restoration.
The customer undertakes not to invite any person whose behavior is likely to cause damage to the establishment, the latter reserving the right to intervene if necessary.
The customer will not be able to bring drinks nor food from the outside without prior authorisation from the management.
